I am lying in my bed in so much pain from being so tierd, and pain just shooting through my neck and back. This weekend proved to be crazier than expected, but this isn't from my weekend. I felt perfect yesterday - I mean I alittle on the lazy side but that is how watching NFL is supposed to be. I called at 6pm on sunday to see when I worked the next day because they were slow on making this weeks schedule, 5 am was my answer. YUCK I had slept kinda late and napped so I just eneded up staying up until 5 because I knew I wouldn't make it otherwise. It wasn't just normal unloading though- when I got there we had heavy lifting from the freight truck and I am in desperate need of new tennis shoes for back support so basically I was a big ball of pain and grumpiness trying my best to let the holiday cheer shine on my un-makeup, dry, lifeless face. So that work, other than that things are great. They actually gave me off Friday and Saturday so I can go home for the OSU/Michigan game.

On a much happier note, I think I found the most adorable school rivalry. Wabash v. Depauw is called the monan bell rivalry and the big deal is they gaurd this old bell from the railroad inbetween the two schools and the freshman on campus are the security guards for it if they won it the previous year. Also, once you win it the bell travels from fraternity to fraternity all night (keep in mind it is 300 lbs.) and everyone that wants to drinks beer out of it even all the parents. Then This week they have to ring it every minute or every hour? I'm not sure but they boys were so excited to win the bell, and I was especially happy because since it's such a small school we could rush the field, go and hug the boys right after in their muddy gear but you got the see just how in the moment they were. I was urged by everyonel to go under the bell and one of the alums had slipped whiskey in the bell too so when the beer and whiskey mix got in to my eye and up all the way in my nose---- lets just say I was out of commission for awhile and joined the party after the bell had left the Beta Theta Pi house. Nevertheless I am happy I took part in the festivities. It's so odd how well I get along with these boys, I realized how good of friends I consider them when I got to introduce Elyse to all of them and they got to introduce me to their parents as one of their really good friends. Sitting around on Sundays watching the Bears and Colts is probably one of my favorite traditions. I think I had a big void last year of the "hanging out" with guys. I usually only saw the boys on weekend nights, and when they were drunk. Also I don't feel like I have to be coupled off to be accepted.

Ok well maybe i'll write more later but as of now i'm about die from hunger pains. keep it real
